December 30, 2007, BHAP held a grand opening ceremony at the Diaoyutai State Guesthouse, which marks the formal establishment of the BHAP, but also the Beijing auto parts industry has opened a new chapter.

    BHAP is established by Beijing Automotive Holdings Co., Ltd. and the Beijing State-owned Assets Management Co., Ltd. with the investment of 1 billion Yuan. And BHAP is positioned at the unified planning and development platform in Beijing auto parts industry. At present, BHAP owns 12 auto parts enterprises and the sole import and export corporation------Beijing Automobile-Motorcycle Import and Export Corporation.

    BHAP will give priority to the development of high value-added, high-tech, less pollution, low energy consumption of the project and makes Beijing auto parts industry become an important manufacturing, R & D and export base.
